Head Golf Professional - Jason Sudenga

Jason Sudenga has been Head Golf Professional at Bakker Crossing since the inception in 2002.
Jason grew up in Luverne, MN and is a graduate of The San Diego Golf Academy. Jason started his career at Westward
Ho Country Club in 1991. He was the Assistant at The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, CA before moving to Topeka,
Kansas in 1994. Jason was at Lake Shawnee Golf Course, in Topeka for two seasons. While at Lake Shawnee Golf Course
he set the course record (61). |
| Before coming to Bakker Crossing, Jason was the teaching professional at the Sports Center Golf Complex
in Topeka, KS. He has been teaching and playing professionally for the past 17 years. He has taught
beginners up to the professional level. Some of Jasons students most recent accomplishments include: Minnesota State Open Womens Champion, Womens City Champion, SDGA Womens Stroke play champion, USGA Jr. Am qualifier and many state high school golf participants. Some of his other playing accomplishments include: Qualified for the 1997
Regional Club Professional Championship, 2001 Ben Hogan Classic Champion (67), 2006 Bakker Crossing Open
Champion(70), 2008 Bakker Crossing Open Champion(66) and 2009 Top 10 Minnesota Section PNC(73-73). Jason has worked with instructors such as Hank Haney, Stan Utley, Dr. Gary Wiren and Phil Rogers.
Jason is very patient, has a fresh teaching approach and will help improve your golf game. |

Assistant Golf Professional - Jason D. Crisp
Jason D. Crisp known as "Crispy" joined the team at Bakker Crossing to open the 2010 golf season. Jason is also a past graduate of the Golf Academy of the Carolinas, a branch campus of the San Diego Golf Academy. Jason's hometown is Dell Rapids, SD where he grew up on the golf course. Jason has a well-rounded golf background and has experience at nearly every position at a golf facility. Jason is committed to his profession and has recently enrolled as a PGA Apprentice in the PGA of America's PGM Program. Prior to joining Bakker Crossing, Jason was operating the Jason Crisp Golf Academy; a self owned teaching business and finishing his last season of work at Rocky Run Golf Course in Dell Rapids, SD, as the Interim General Manager. As a young professional beginning a life-long career in golf, Jason is eager to learn and realizes the hard work and dedication it takes to succeed in the golf industry. Crispy has an energetic and exciting approach to the game and industry of golf. |
