Our mission of BCMGA (Bakker Crossing Men's Golf Association) is to create a fun golfing environment for all members. To have competitive golfing events that all players will have an opportunity to win prizes and socialize with other members.

General Information

As a member of the BCMGA you may play on Wed. evenings for 9 holes and Sunday mornings for 18 holes.  We will have a different game each week with a optional hole in one and skins pool. We will have gross and net events as well as team events throughout the year.  You do not have to play every week to be in the Men's Golf Association.  You may make your t-time one week in advance.  On average we have between 90-120 players per week.

Wednesday - 9 Holes

BCMGA members will play 9 holes of golf to be played on Wednesday evenings.  We will have T-times from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m off on side and a 5:15 shotgun off the other side.   Players with handicap index of 4.9 or less will t-off on the t-time side each week.  We will have weekly events for all members on both nines to participate in and have a chance to win prize money.  There will be three contests that you can get in each week.  The weekly game, HIO(hole-in-one), and Skins.  The HIO and Skins are optional events each week. 

Sunday - 18 Holes

BCMGA members will play 18 holes of golf to be played on Sunday mornings.  Players will t-off from 8:00 - 10:00 am.  These events will be ran just like our events on Wed. and will be mostly for BCMGA members.  This will the 5th year of playing on Sunday mornings and is a nice addition for those players wanting to play 18 holes. We will also have several OPEN events on Sundays that will be open for all golfers.

Dues

Dues will be $55 per person for the entire year. The dues for 2012 will include the following:

• Opening night hor'dourves
• USGA Handicap for 2012
• Year end steak fry.
• Preferred T-times.
• Eligible to compete in the Men's Club Championship.
• 10% off Pro Shop Merchandise.

All events will be flighted until a handicap is established. The goal is to have as many winners as possible. It does not matter if you are an established player or have been playing for a few years you will still have an equal opportunity to win prizes .

2012 Money Leaders

2012 results will be updated weekly.  All Men's Day events and tournaments, such as the Men's Club Championship and the Bakker Crossing Open, will be included in the winnings.  See below for previous years results.

Vardon Trophy & Year Long Skins - $20 for both

Sign up will begin May 2nd for the Vardon and Skins game.

Vardon Trophy:  The Vardon Trophy goes out to the PGA Tour player with the lowest scoring average for the year.  The Bakker Crossing Vardon Trophy will go out to the player with the lowest 18 hole score for the year but we will use your best score on each hole to get to your 18 hole score

Skins:  We will take the lowest gross and net score, on each hole, for the year to determine skins.

Men's Golf Association Match Play- $20

1st round matches will begin the beginning of July. Matches will have to be played every three weeks until we have a winner. Results will be updated weekly or after each match is played.

Sunday events will be for BCMGA members and open to all golfers.  If you see OPEN next to the Sunday the event will be open to all golfers.  If you see BCMGA next to Sunday the event will be just for BCMGA members.
